I don’t do reviews often, but I had to comment on Sherpa Kitchen. 1. Service was outstanding from the (husband and wife?) team. They will answer all your questions. 2. The food was incredible. We had the beet salad (three equal portions of perfectly-cooked beets, raw spinach, and mozzarella cubes tossed in a parsley dressing); the wild rice salad, (wild and white rice with a mix of fresh herbs and chickpeas in a mildly spiced vinaigrette); an order of Mo Mos – aka steamed dumplings, hand made and on the medium-spicy side; and the mixed Thukpa, similar in style, but not quite the same as, a Vietnamese Pho. The presentation, quality, and flavors rival the best Asian food in Vermont, at a very reasonable price. With two non-alcoholic drinks (they do not yet have their alcohol license, but it’s coming) the total meal was under $50 for two. My one suggestion would be that they offer the Mo Mos in a half-portion/appetizer size, as they come 12 to an order, which is a lot for two people. We will definitely be back.
